The biggest thing for girls is keeping nice body. They try every possible things to make their body good look~
Even bringing some damages~
Damages can be considered as too much, such as excessive dieting~hypermobility syndrome~and etc- NICOLEMUMUI am also that girl who focusing on my body, 164cm height, 47KG weight~
but I never hurt myself, cuz hardworking study and "lazy" of sporting makes me confused of "less eatting, more moving"
sooooo......we will have a trip about how to keep a nice body within the healthy life style.
